A jacket is worn for years. Over those years a seam opens, a lining loosens, a zipper tires. These are not faults, they are what use looks like.
Our Istanbul atelier is already there. Your pattern is in our archive, your craftsman is at his bench. Send the jacket to us and we will repair it. No labour charge.

Not Covered
- Cuts, holes and burns
- Chemical or dye damage
- Pet damage
- Repairs carried out elsewhere
We will still do what we can in these cases, but parts and labour may be charged. Send a photo and we will quote you first.
How It Works
Send a photo
Send us a photo of the jacket and the problem. We will tell you the same day what can be done.
Ship it to us
Send the jacket to our Istanbul atelier. Return shipping is on us.
Get it back
Repairs take five to ten working days. Labour is free, any part cost is confirmed with you first.
