Your personal data may be transferred to cargo and logistics companies, payment institutions and banks, e-commerce infrastructure providers, accounting and financial consultancy service providers, and authorized public institutions and organizations, solely limited to the purposes of processing.
Due to site infrastructure and communication services, your data may be stored on servers located abroad; this transfer is carried out within the scope of LPPD Article 9.
6 — METHOD OF COLLECTION
Your data is collected electronically through the website via order forms, membership registrations, contact forms, email, phone and WhatsApp correspondence, and cookies.
7 — RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data is stored for the period required by the processing purpose and for the statute of limitations and retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation (10 years for commercial books and documents). Upon expiry of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
8 — YOUR RIGHTS
Pursuant to LPPD Article 11; you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to a result against you solely through automatic systems, and to demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
