2 — PRODUCT INFORMATION
The name, model, color, size, quantity, and VAT-inclusive sales price of the purchased product are included in the order summary and order confirmation email. All prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
3 — PAYMENT
Payment is made via credit card or debit card through a secure payment infrastructure. Installment payment options vary depending on the bank and card type; any interest difference will be shown at the payment step.
4 — DELIVERY
The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via a shipping company after the order is confirmed. Domestic shipping fees are covered by the SELLER. The legal delivery period is a maximum of 30 days.
For custom-made products, delivery may take longer due to production time; the duration will be communicated to the BUYER before the order.
5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The withdrawal notification is sent to the SELLER via phone, email, or in writing.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with its labels intact. Return shipping fees are covered by the SELLER. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notification is received.
6 — EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products or products altered at the BUYER's request. As these products are custom-made, they fall under Article 15/1-(b) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased in standard sizes and not altered.
7 — FREE ALTERATIONS AND LIFETIME MAINTENANCE
Size adjustments (sleeve, waist, shoulder) for purchased products are free of charge. Additionally, within the scope of "Atölye Sözü" (Workshop Promise), repairs for stitching, lining, and zippers are carried out indefinitely without labor charges; the cost of replacement parts will be communicated in advance.
8 — COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
In case of a dispute, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in their place of residence. Monetary limits are announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce.
The BUYER certifies electronically that they have read this form and have been informed before placing the order.
